In BPO Sector positionds depends upon the Organizations.
normally Associate, Processing Executive, Team leader, Analyst, Sr. Analyst, Co-ordinater, Asst. Manager, Dy. Manager, Manager, Sr. Manager, Asst. General manager, Dy. General Manager, General Manager, vice president. these are the importent positions in organizations.

Grade Designation Exp Band
2 Jr.Associate 0 to 1yrs
3 Associate 1 to 2 yrs
4 Sr.Associate 2 to 5 yrs
5A & 5B Lead Associate 5 to 6 yrs
6 Supervsor 8 to 12 yrs
7 Unit Manager 10-above
8 Operations Manager 10 and above
9 Deputy GM 10 and above
10 GM 10 and above
11 VP 10 and above
These grades could be applied to Ops/TRG
