My question is regarding the payslip. I want to know the actual split-up of the gross salary—like the percentages to find the Basic, DA, HRA, and other allowances according to the Minimum Wages Act.

For example, if the gross salary is 17,000, what would be the Basic, DA, HRA, etc., according to the minimum wages in Kerala?

If the gross salary is Rs 17,000, follow the minimum wages notification as it is. In respect of highly paid employees, you can make a pro rata increase in allowances other than DA.
