Stuck Without My Original Certificate: How Can I Get It Back from the Company?

My query is I was selected for XXX Agro Pharma (XXX Laboratory Pvt Ltd Mumbai). They gave me an offer letter and took my original board certificate for verification. However, after 5 days, I informed them that I am not joining their company and requested the return of my original document. Unfortunately, they are ignoring me and not giving it back.

So, what can I do? Please help me.

If someone refuses to return your original certificate, you can ask for it back, and if they still refuse, you can inform them that you will lodge a complaint with the police.
