Nowadays, I face a big challenge when I need to get corrections done in the PF member account of my company, which is not possible online. For example, in October 2022, I submitted documents for a name correction for one employee to the PF department. After numerous follow-ups, it was not done. Later, we filed a grievance on the portal, but it got closed without any action, and no one responded properly on the helpline number. The PF department's account changes every 2-3 months, making proper interaction difficult.
I have some pending issues that have been unresolved for a year. Can anyone please guide me?
