Hi, As per the Factories Act, 8 hours of work per day and 48 hours of work per week are allowed. You can plan for 9 hours of work per day considering the 5-day working concept. Accordingly, your weekly work hours come to 45 hours only, which is well within the total hours stipulated by the Factories Act.
