Please suggest how I can become a complete and experienced professional in human resource management. I have completed my MBA, but I did not acquire sufficient knowledge through college or gain enough experience in a company. I truly aspire to become an expert in all human resource functions. Kindly recommend any online platforms, virtual classes, or distance education courses. I am in need of comprehensive guidance.

Hi, there are a lot of HR courses available that you can pursue, such as MSW, Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, DLL&AL, MHRM, etc. However, practical experience will give you the rich knowledge that any degree or diploma cannot provide.

If you want to pursue further in HRM, please do not opt for an online or distance learning program. Try to enroll in a regular course so that classroom lectures, case studies, discussions, and debates can enrich your HR knowledge.

After completing your degree, you can join a good manufacturing company where you will gain practical exposure in HR and IR areas. By changing your employers (after a reasonable span of time, say after 5-6 years) and by working in 3-4 companies, your understanding of HR shall be sufficient to cope with the current HR issues.
