Involving Interns in HR Activities

Involve interns in recruitment, attendance, filing systems, payroll, and statutory activities. It is not necessary to engage them after office hours. On their last day, collect a report on what they have learned in terms of HR functions.

Each day, take a topic on HR, explain the topic briefly, and assign a related task for the day. Continue with the next topic only when you feel satisfied with the earlier topic. HR is a vast subject; try to address what is actually needed and train accordingly. Give them thoughts that can trigger them to learn and acquire knowledge.
