What tasks or assignments can I give to HR interns for one month to accomplish during office hours and at home? Kindly assist me with the topics and duration. This is my first time handling interns in the company.

Involving Interns in HR Activities

Involve interns in recruitment, attendance, filing systems, payroll, and statutory activities. It is not necessary to engage them after office hours. On their last day, collect a report on what they have learned in terms of HR functions.
