How Do I Create an HR Policy and Leave Structure for a Growing Engineering Firm?

Dear All,

Please help me prepare the HR policy for an engineering company I have just joined. The company is located in Okhla. Excluding me, there are 20-25 employees in the company right now, and the company wants to expand. Also, help me design the leave structure for our company.

I am in great need of your sincere help. Kindly help me out!

With regard to leave rules, you need to follow the leave rules as stipulated by the respective Act your organization is governed by.
