If I submit my resignation during my probationary period, would the firm offer a letter of relieving and/or resignation? Would the company additionally provide any comments on my resignation letter?

This would require insight into the functioning of your organization. Normally, when a probationer resigns, the resignation is accepted, and they are relieved as per the notice period requirements. Many organizations don't issue an experience certificate to a probationer. Whether to mention anything therein depends on the style of operation of the organization.
