If I submit my resignation during my probationary period, would the firm offer a letter of reliving and/or resignation? would the company additionally provide any comments on my resignation letter?

This would require insight into the functioning of your organization. Normally, when a probationer resigns, the resignation is accepted, and they are relieved as per the notice period requirements. Many organizations don't issue an experience certificate to a probationer. Whether to mention anything therein depends on the style of operation of the organization.

As long as you are following the separation process properly, you are entitled to receive a relieving letter from the employer. Additional comments on the relieving letter depend on the format of the relieving letter followed by the employer. It is employer-specific.
