Dear HRs, We are currently in the process of evaluating HRMS solutions and we would like to request expert opinion and suggestion.

Our company is a large enterprise with a workforce of over 8,000 employees spread across multiple locations. We are looking for an HRMS system that can manage the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to retirement, and provide real-time analytics and reporting.

We are interested in a solution that can automate our HR processes, streamline our employee management tasks, and enhance our HR department's efficiency. We are also looking for a system that is user-friendly, flexible, and can be customized to meet our specific needs.

Go in for SAP which is worth the investment. For the size of 8 K employees, your system should be robust, strong, scalable and also should cover end-to-end HR domain to cater to all levels of people, including travel management, employee welfare, employee engagement etc. Best wishes
