Manufacturing company act and compliances in Delhi - want to implement all

Dear Folks, I am currently working as HR in a manufacturing company in Delhi, Here no rule are followed and now i want to implement all the acts and compliance, so I request you to help me that which compliances and acts should be consider for same.
