Performance is based on objectives. Have you got the list of objectives? Please remember, without a focus on objectives, you cannot measure an employee's performance. There should be a focus on revenue; earnings should be based on objectives. Objectives should be derived from the job description where the key result areas (KRAs) are indicated, and these KRAs need to be analyzed for key performance indicators. Are you aware of all these?
