Dear Members, Can you please provide me with the performance review format for the monthly review process for the Inside Sales (Virtual Sales) profile?

Performance is based on objectives. Have you got the list of objectives? Please remember, without a focus on objectives, you cannot measure an employee's performance. There should be a focus on revenue; earnings should be based on objectives. Objectives should be derived from the job description where the key result areas (KRAs) are indicated, and these KRAs need to be analyzed for key performance indicators. Are you aware of all these? Without these, the appraisal format will be just a piece of paper. Best wishes.

I agree with the criteria mentioned above by Mr. N.K. Sundaram. You should keep those things in mind while considering the performance of an employee.
