Is My Job Move from HDFC to ICICI Bank Allowed Under Their Anti-Poaching Agreement?

Hi, I worked for HDFC Bank from December 13, 2021, to July 29, 2022. I resigned before confirmation due to some personal reasons. I joined ICICI Bank in February 2023. Is this valid under the anti-poaching agreement between HDFC and ICICI Bank?
