Experience Letter from MSME Registered Enterprise: Is It Really Valid for Future Jobs?

udayakumar-mani
I worked at an individual and in-house enterprise. The enterprise was registered under Udyog Aadhar (MSME), and they filed GST. The salary was paid in cash, and they issued an experience letter for me. Is it valid?

Dear Udaykumar Mani, When you joined the enterprise, you must have received the appointment letter. Is the organization that issued you the appointment letter the same as the one that issued your experience letter? If they are the same, then there is no problem.

Verify Salary Slips
Secondly, did the organization provide you with monthly salary slips? If so, please verify the last three months' salary slips.

Salary Payment Method
However, the question that arises is, why was the salary issued in cash by the organization? What caused the delay in processing online funds transfer? You need to provide a credible explanation for this.

Thanks,

In this case, the experience certificate is valid. Also, as the organization has paid you in cash, you can request a certificate from them stating your employment duration and monthly salary, which was paid to you in cash.
