If I started my work on 27-Jan-23 and resigned on 13-Feb-23 without completing my one-month notice period, what actions can HR take against me?

Hi, whatever the reason behind your resignation, make sure to serve the proper notice period and be relieved properly. Since you have not even completed one month of service, HR will initiate the disciplinary process (warning followed by termination) and close your file. I hope you have not signed any Training Agreement or submitted security cheques.
