Need Help Finding a Lease Agreement Format for a Factory Shed – Any Suggestions?

Hi, can anybody please share the lease/rent agreement format for a factory "SHED"? One company has decided to lease another factory shed for work.

When leasing business premises, the lessor is expected to provide the lessee with a draft of the agreement. Therefore, please approach them to provide you with the draft.

Hi, Lessor and Lessee being the same group companies, there is no need for an elaborate legal agreement as no third party is involved. If you have a legal team, you can seek their assistance. If you have any related normal lease template, you may use the same. Please ensure the agreement should contain:

- Lessor Company details represented by
- Lessee Company details represented by
- Details of Lease premises
- Details of monthly rent
- Consumption of electricity and water payment directly to the concerned authorities regularly without default within the due date in addition to the aforementioned rent
- Schedule of the leased property
