I joined my company in September 2021, and now I want to quit due to my circumstances. The financial year ends on March 31st. So, if I resign now, will I be eligible for a bonus?

You will get a bonus provided you have worked for 30 days in the financial year. Please note that the bonus is available only to those whose salary does not exceed Rs 21,000.

Thank you all, due to my circumstances, I need to search for another job. I would like to discontinue this role as it is core IT and very pressurizing. This bonus means a lot to me, so before submitting my resignation, I would like to clear up any doubts.
