CL, EL ( PL), Sick Leave etc

Are you covered under the Factories Act or the Shops and Establishment Act? Please check the provisions of either act, of your state as applicable. The provisions of employee leave are the same for regular employees, fixed-term employees, contract employees etc. In the eyes of the law, there is no discrimination.
