Leave Rules for Fixed Term Contracts: How Do FTC, CL, EL (PL), and Sick Leave Work?

Dear Seniors, What are the leave rules for FTC, CL, EL (PL), sick leave, etc.?

Dear Rajesh Kumar Pandey, Are you covered under the Factories Act or the Shops and Establishment Act? Please check the provisions of either act in your state as applicable. The provisions of employee leave are the same for regular employees, fixed-term employees, contract employees, etc. In the eyes of the law, there is no discrimination.
