I. Requirements for Setting Up a Training Center
Infrastructure
Adequate space for practical training: This could be a dedicated workshop or manufacturing area with sufficient space for trainees to work and practice the techniques they have learned. It should have access to power and lighting and be equipped with necessary safety measures such as fire extinguishers and emergency exits.
Equipment and Tools

These should be of industry standard and well-maintained to ensure safe and effective training.
Classroom or Training Room
Classroom or training room with necessary facilities: This should be a comfortable, well-lit space that is conducive to learning. It should have chairs, tables, whiteboards, projection equipment, and any other necessary resources for presentations, lectures, and interactive training activities.
Trainers or Instructors
Qualified trainers or instructors: Trainers or instructors should have a strong background in the wiring manufacturing industry, as well as experience in training and development. They should be knowledgeable about the latest industry standards and best practices, as well as effective instructional techniques.
Training Materials
Relevant software, books, and other training materials: This includes software for electrical design and simulation, textbooks and reference materials, training manuals, and any other resources that can support the training program.
II. Training Topics
Electrical safety and regulations, wiring design and installation techniques, electrical theory and calculations, manufacturing processes and techniques, quality control and testing procedures, equipment and tool use and maintenance.
