Are you going to hire Fresher's and require Training Agreement or Indemnity Bond which will be applicable to experienced employees in normal course ?

Please approach a competent lawyer if you wish to have a legally foolproof agreement that enforces a lock-in agreement on the employees.

Those who are serious hire a lawyer, pay hefty fees and get the agreement done. So those who have availed of paid services, why will they share free on the public forum?

Want to hire fresher whereas experienced candidate , therefore require format which can cover all points which can be applicable for both in respective terms.
