Dear Member, If your unit is operating in the state of Haryana and is covered under the Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958, as applicable to the state of Haryana, then you are granted these leaves under this applicable Act. For this purpose, you are required to refer to section 14.
If your unit is covered under the Factories Act, 1948, then you are to grant Earned Leave (EL) in accordance with the leave with wages chapter of this Act. For Sick Leave (SL) and Casual Leave (CL), you are required to grant these leaves under the PIE (National and Festival Holidays and Sick and Casual Leaves) Act, 1965, as applicable to the state of Haryana.
