Unskilled 5000 + 712.80 = 5712.80
Semiskilled 5400 + 712.80 = 6112.80
Skilled 5800 + 712.80 = 6512.80

I have a query regarding pl encasement in F&F.Suppose any employee not confirmed and he/she had worked till 7th month in any organisation.He will be eligible for his earn pl encasement in his F&F or not.
