Your company is covered under the Shops and Establishment Act. This act is not central, and every state of India has its own act. There are minor variations regarding leave provisions from one state's act to another.

Therefore, follow the provisions of the act of your state. The eligibility for leave can be more than what is stipulated in the act but not less.
