Hi, I joined a company on the 4th of July on a probation period of 3 months. After the probation period ended, and despite no confirmation communication in writing, I want to leave the company. During the probation period, the notice period was 45 days, which increases to 2 months upon confirmation. The employer requested a 2-month notice period, which I did not accept. Consequently, I did not go to work for 3 days, and they sent me a legal notice from a lawyer to either serve the 2-month notice period or pay 2 months' salary.
