If an employee resigned in October and minimum wages were revised in September, what are the criteria for his full and final settlement? Can we finalize his full and final settlement with the old salary, or should we revise it? Please advise.

Hi, whatever is revised by September will be the final version. Full and final settlement should be based on the September revision.
