Termintaion during Notice Period - guide me on what should i do to get FnF

Hi, My Name is Anish. I was working for a BPO. I had an approved leave of 8 days in the resignation Period. When I was on my way to my hometown the TL texted me that my leave has been rejected and anyhow you have to come to the office. I continued to move to my Hometown but when I was back to the workplace they told me that you are terminated without any official confirmation. I was also in the notice period. So plz guide me on what should i do to get FnF from this mess.

Hi,
Normally long leave more than a week is not advisable during notice period as the purpose of the same to hand over. If it is unavoidable have you informed your superior that you will extend and compensate the notice period? Any way after approval canceling leave is not right. You can request your employer based on approval planned the travel and also willing to compensate the period.
