Exit and Joining Dates: Could This Overlap Cause Issues with HR at My New Job?

Can the exit date and joining date become an issue with the HR of the last organization? He maintained the same exit date from the last organization. In the organization where I'm currently joining, will they check my UAN, and could it potentially become an issue?

Hi, In case your Date of Joining (DOJ) with the new employer is earlier than the Date of Leaving (DOL) of your last company, you will face issues in claiming/transferring PF. How did this happen? You can either change your DOL or DOJ.
