Can exit date & joining date become an issue from the last organization HR.

In where I'm joining now they will see my UAN & it can become issue?

Hi,
In case your DOJ with new employer is earlier than DOL of last company then you will face issue in claiming / transferring PF. How it happened. Either change DOL or DOJ
