Firstly the induction program will be conducted whenever the new employees are there, this will enable the new comers to understand the type of business, company's hierarchy, Timings and culture.
Secondly, it is the usual company practice that there will be a Probationary period up to a maximum of six months to enable the new employee to learn and adopt to work.
Thirdly set targets and observe as to whether the new employee completes the work in a stipulated span of time.
Fourthly, to observe the Intelligent quotient and emotional quotient of the new employee.
Fifthly, as to whether the new employee involves in a multitasking jobs.
Sixth point would be to observe the behaviour/attitude of the new employee while at work and maintaining rapport with the Management, Seniors and peers.
