How to take LIN number or BIP ID number?

Hello everyone, I am facing one major issue. I am planning to take on a contract with a company where I will provide manpower. However, the company has asked me to submit my LIN number or BIP ID. Can you please guide me on how I can obtain a LIN number or BIP ID?

To obtain a BIP ID, you are required to apply for Shops & Establishments registration with the Labour Department in Haryana.
