What kind of consulting services do you provide? To succeed in any business, whether consulting services or otherwise, you must know the market very well. Therefore, do market research on who are your customers, where are they, what can you do to reach them or what can you do to bring them to your doorstep, what is their profile and so on. The more you know about your customers, the less it is. Secondly, do a similar research about competitors as well.
