Struggling to Get My Relieving Letter After Early Resignation – Any Advice?

HarshaRane
I was working with an MNC on third-party payroll for more than two years. I properly resigned from the organization, but due to my family condition, I needed early relief. When I spoke with my managers, they were fine with that and asked me to stop working, but they sent an inappropriate email to my consultancy stating I was not willing to work, even though I had communicated with them via email.

Issue with Relieving Letter

Now, my consultancy has not provided me with my relieving letter, stating it was my mistake. Please help me understand how I can obtain my relieving letter.

The fact that you acted as per the instructions of the managers of the MNC and abandoned service is not helpful, as perhaps you did not keep the consultant, who is your employer, informed. Now that it is over, you may candidly apologize to the consultant and seek pardon. You may offer to pay for the notice period. Probably, this may help.

Hi, please talk to your consultancy employer, brief them about your situation, fulfill the notice period requirement in any form, and request proper relieving.
