Hi Experts, since I am new to the HR field, I need guidance for preparing an HR policy. Can anybody help me understand the leave rules for Maharashtra as of 2022? Do we need to follow the Shops & Establishment Act or Labor law? Thanks in advance. I will be very thankful if anybody could share sample policies.
