Confused About Minimum Wages in a 4-Star Hotel? Help Us Clarify Which Act Applies

In a 4-star classified hotel, which minimum wages act is applied? Is it the minimum wages for star hotels (SRO 793/2011) or the minimum wages for hotel canteen restaurants (SRO 785/2016)? Currently, we have been informed that the latter is applicable. Could you please clarify this for us?
