Agreement for Full-Time Designer/Programmer

Hello, we are an IT company offering a full-time designer/programmer to the client on a monthly basis. What kind of agreement do we need to make with the client?

Thanks

Key Points for HR Agreement

In terms of HR, the following points can be added to the agreement:

- No poaching: The client should not encourage the programmer to resign and join them.
- Employment terms: The programmer will be on the rolls of the parent company.
- Salary: Specify who will pay the salary.
- Right to revoke: The arrangement of deputation of the programmer to the client's place can be revoked at any point during the stipulated period, with or without prior notice.

Yes, we offer IT manpower. For example, if a company like XYZ wants a website designer for 2 months, we quote them and provide them with a designer. However, we require an agreement between XYZ and my company to ensure they do not contact the designer directly in the future to work with them. I hope you can understand.

You can add a Non-Solicitation of Candidates clause in your agreement like:

Non-Solicitation of Clients

During the restricted period, the (name of the Company) shall not solicit or otherwise attempt to establish any business relationship with any person that is, or during the _months period preceding the date of the Programmer's termination of employment with the Company...
