One of my friends worked with three different organizations and is currently not employed anywhere. He transferred his PF accumulation from Company 1 to Company 2. He worked for Company 2 and left service by 20th Jan '21. However, the employer updated his Date of Exit (DOE) as 31st Jan '21, and the contribution was also remitted. Subsequently, he joined another company the very next day and left the job by 30th Jan '21. The third employer didn't remit PF for the service rendered but closed the DOE as 30th Jan '21.
