Dear Madhav,
You are required to get teh withdrawal form 10C & 19 filled up with the resigned employee and submit it to the PF department after 60 days of leaving the service of the candidate.

please guide me how to withdraw my pf amount without my company's authorisations b'coz i left the company and they r not ready settle my dues. Is company's authorisation is necessary for my pf withdrawl? kindly help me how to proceed.

This is rajiv ranjan I am working in private organisation since 2002 june But on 2006 i resigned the organisation and apply for withdrawl of PF but still i have not receive it. suggest me what to do in this situation.

Dear Rajeev
You have not cleared when have you submitted the withdrawal forms. Generally it takes 15 to 20 working days after submission with PF department.
Check the submission with previous employer, it might have returned beause of some clerical error.
You may submit a new filled up form also.

i have left my company and there are some disputes with the same company so there are not telling me anything about my provident fund status. . pls suggest me

Actually one of my friend told me that i dont need to go to my last company where i used to work . and i can claim the same from the concerned department in relation to such matter. is it right. pls sugest.
