We the members of this forum are outsiders. We do not know about the recruitment that has taken in your company. We do not know who will join your organisation, when he/she join, what will be the designation and what discussion took place about the "joining bonus".
Against this backdrop, I recommend you prepare the draft on your own and get it vetted by the seniors.
In fact, for joining your organisation, if you are paying a candidate, then the terms and conditions need to be designed properly. Therefore, if you take advice from a professional lawyer the better.
