How Can We Automate Recruitment Data Entry to Google Sheets and ERP Systems?

I belong to an organization that conducts recruitment drives every week for the positions of riders and team members for a restaurant. Candidates fill out the form manually, which later has to be entered on a sheet by an HR representative on Google Sheets, which is then uploaded in the ERP. My query is, I require a solution where data is filled out through an app available on mobile via a link or web, which is automatically uploaded on Google Sheets and can later be updated in the ERP system.

What solutions can be considered?

Dear Maham, instead of filling the applications manually from the selected candidates, start using the Android App for [Google Forms](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.heartfull.forms&hl=en_IN&gl=US). Click on the hyperlink to download the App.

As and when the forms are received, the backend team can start their process further. This will increase the speed of the work as well.
