How To Write A Letter Requesting For Companies To Conduct Interview to your trained students

I am HR Recruiter in a IT training institute we train students in different IT courses (C, C++, Core Java, J2EE, SQL, Web Technologies, Spring & Hibernate, Manual Testing, Selenium ,Python, Django). We are looking for placements in IT companies for the students who are trained in our institute .How to write a proposal requesting an IT company to conduct some campus drive or any other way to recruit our students we are not seeking any mutual benefit.
