Hello everyone
We are facing an trouble as in hiring we extend offer letter to candidate and once they start their notice period in current organization which is 60 to 90 days but we are not sure if they will join after this tenure. What can be done to make sure this joining is completed

Initially you have to follow up with candidate that if he has any offers, if he say yes, then you have to drop out because he is not looking for change and he is ready to negotiate with his current company or by taking your offer and start again with marketing, these things will come into picture so, ask him if he is really interested to take and show him that you company are giving some advance trainings for him to go to onsite level with this way only people can stick to your company or else they will see higher package and move out.
