Resignation and Full Salary Request Post-Pandemic

A person was working for our organization during the pandemic. Work from home was in practice. She was working without reporting to anybody on her work process. Immediately after the pandemic, she wants to resign and wants to receive her full salary. Is this applicable? Kindly guide.

Clarification on Salary Payment During the Pandemic

It is not clear what the factual status is. When the employee worked during the pandemic, did you pay her full salary or part salary? Now that she has resigned, is she claiming the remaining amount? What have you done for others? If it has been paid to others, you cannot deny the benefit on the grounds that she has resigned. Please provide the actual position.

d) Who the employee was reporting to: -
e) What tasks were given to her: -
f) Whether or not the appointment letter is issued, and if issued, then what is the notice period: -
g) If she was non-communicative, then what correspondence the reporting manager had with her: -
h) If she was not doing the tasks assigned to her, then whether or not a warning letter was issued to her: -
