Gratuity before 5 year complete

I have completed 4 years and 362 days in 5th year in my company. can i eligible for gratuity? please help me on that

The Colleague had guided appropriately. Kindly note that 4 years plus 240 days in the 5th year makes an employee eligible for Gratuity as per the present legal status. Get your service records verified and then send claim process.
