My Previous Employer is claiming that the signature on my relieving letter and other documents is not his. He is the CEO of my previous company and was my reporting manager. He signed all the documents himself and now he is denying it just to harass me. Due to this, my background verification has come red. My current employers want an email again from the CEO stating that the documents are genuine and the signature on them is his only but the CEO is not doing it.

suggest me what should I do ?

Unbelievable! How can a person, that too a CEO of a company deny his own signature? Whether the poster got any other document like offer/appointment letter signed by the same person?

Hi,

Looks very strange. Do you have any email communication confirming your relieving. Please check.

This indicates that there is some unresolved issue between you and your ex-employer. Resolve it amicably.

you have not given proper and complete information.
Why would a CEO and Manager deny their signature?
Did you forge it? Or got someone else to make it for you? Or did you get the reliving letter making false claims of some type. what is your designation? Are you so important for someone to do such a thing on you?
