Hi! The Company I recently joined, was a joint venture. And now, both parted ways into a separate entity. And we have been retained by the new Company. So the earlier Organization is asking us for a resignation letter to be written by us only. Is it necessary? In fact, the existing Company should give us a letter in writing. Please clarify.
