Dear sir, I joined as an SRM and received my first promotion with a promotion letter provided by the company. After some time, I received another promotion with a promotion letter sent to my official email ID. During the pandemic, the company closed all the managers' official IDs. In October 2020, I received my third promotion but did not receive a promotion letter. When I inquired with my senior managers, they advised me to wait. On April 1, 2021, I received yet another promotion, but again did not receive a promotion letter. When I approached the senior manager, he mentioned emailing regarding this issue.
I have discussed this matter several times with my senior manager, who consistently responds the same way. Eventually, I resigned, and the company provided an experience letter stating my last designation.
Upon joining a new company, the HR asked for proof of my last increment. When I consulted my senior manager, he advised me to speak with HR after my resignation. I have sent numerous emails to HR, around 14-15, and received a reply stating that they do not have any promotion letters. Following this, I sent more emails, around 10-12, with evidence, including dates and screenshots. I have also made numerous phone calls but have not received any response. In my latest email, I requested the HR to provide proof of my last CTC.
