ii. Industrial Relations Code, 2020
iii. Code on Social Security, 2020
iv. Occupational Safety, Health and
Working Conditions Code, 2020

These codes will be made applicable from the date as notified by the Central Govt. Wait for notification. States are to made their Rules for implementation of these Codes. Central Govt. must be waiting for formation of Rules from the state governments end.

News is on the round that first the Code on OSH&WC and the Code on Social Security are likely to be enforced w.e.f April 1, 2022 and the rest after sorting out certain points of differences with all the stake holders. So, as of now, one cannot give a concrete answer in the matter.

Lots of materials are available on the internet and videos in the YouTube on the Labor Codes. You can go through them.

All HR Consultants and Employers are waiting for the announcement of the New Labour Code implementation date.
But it seems this will not come into effect from 1st April 2022 and may be postponed till Sept 2022.
HRA is excluded from the Wage breakup. How will the employee benefit from this?
