Hi Everyone, Warm greetings!

Please guide me on How To Contact The HR Of BPO For Recruitment Proposal. . I have around 2years of experience in recruitment recently started my new job in a placement company, Since I am doing well, I would now like to expand my connections and am willing to go for direct associations with BPO(domestic& International) .Also I would like to recruit for IT companies. Kindly help me with the procedure of approaching these companies HR(Concentric, Convergys, Accenture etc.) for the same.
Also, the payment slabs for the same Would appreciate your suggestions and advices. Thanks In Advance.
