Struggling with Payslips for Line Count Payments? Need Sample Templates!

Our company is a medical transcription company where employees are paid on a fixed salary basis and line count basis. I don't have any idea about how to prepare payslips for line count basis payments. Can anyone please share sample payslips for line count basis payments?

In this format, in the payable section on the left side, you may add one more earning head as "line count wages for the month." However, this will be provided that the line count charges are fixed and do not vary. If these charges vary, then you may add the charge per line and make the final calculations.
