Secondly, the "Industrial Standing Orders Act" was perfectly applicable in your industry; however, in a few states, the IT industry has been exempted from the provisions of this act. Therefore, check the specific provisions in your state.
Additionally, you need to learn about the dynamics of the new industry. The IT industry has its own rhythm, and its recruitment challenges are different. Therefore, this will be something new for you.
